Open hands downward to the left. Don’t move.

Open right kua to drive right elbow in with positive circle and left hand down with negative circle.

Open left kua to drive right hand out with positive circle and left hand out with negative. Cave in chest.

Elbows suck in and drive right heel out. Only go down, head cannot move to the right.
